I'm new?
I'm a long tiume lurker of this forum. I was actually surprised that I wasn't registered when I went to reply to a thread. I guess it's about time I participated properly!
About me:
I'm 34, single, have a good job (but I work too much), home owner. I just bought a new car. After years of no car payment, adjusting to one has been a biiger challenge than I thought.
I live pretty simply but do like a couple meals out a month and a few concerts/theatre shows a year. I'm not planning a vacation in 2012 but want to go on a cruise in 2013. The new budget showed me I need to optimize couponing, freebies and general thrifty living during 2012.

Welcome to the board, it's really awesome that you joined because Smart Canucks *can* help you achieve your cruise goal. Just check out the coupon threads, especially the one that matches coupons with weekly flyers, those are the best. I started couponing in December and have saved well over a hundred dollars already. I'm a newbie and save about $50 a month so that's $600 a year, there are more experienced couponers that save thousands so you can do it too :) Good luck!
