The new ones are above the line at the link MamasitaDonna posted. As far as I can tell all the new rebates all run Dec 1, 2011 - November 30, 2012. Here are the products that have rebates:

They have tons on Physician's formula MIR! Pretty good value!

Make sure you use the MIR on the upper part of the web page, the ones under the line are the 2011 ones.

The rebate form mentions a mail-in rebate sticker? Does this mean you have to find the product with the sticker on it first?

You DEF need (pink) sticker found on product pkgs. Just double check u have 2012 sticker and not old, expired one.

I have seen a few at Shoppers, some of the stickers are Black. I'm just waiting for them to come on sale!!!!

Last time around you didn't need to have the sticker because the risk was so high of the stickers falling off. I bought a product with no sticker and cut out the UPS code for them as evidence and got my rebate with no issue.

Thank you so much! Need to get more of the black liquid liner/lash serum booster. Its the best and easiest thing to use!!! Also excited to try some new products with this MIR. Is it still a limit of 5 different MIR's per household? I remember getting 5 items on separate receipts last year. I got a blush in each shade, a bronzer, a mascara, and the liner.

I also didn't have pink stickers - bought mine at walmart, sent in the receipt and eventually got the rebates - took a while but was workth for free and almost free makup for my daughter!

There is a MIR for this product and SDM currently has this on sale today is also 20x the points (with print out coupon)
