They are PMing Price Mart Foods. I think the Royale is a better deal at no Frills, 30 rolls 2ply for $5.55 even better if you have the $2 off coupon from GoCoupons.

Yes the 30 rolls is better deal, I never get the No Frills flyer so don't usually know about the sales.
