The glasses are terrible (dollar store), his hair is even cut to be parted like that, that not a "suit", the video quality is just way to good, I could just go on and on haha
I saw that video yesterday (facebook) - to me it sounded like those "alien invaders" from that Tom Cruise movie (forget the name - the machines looked like tripods). If I remember I will find a clip to post with the sounds the machines made in that movie.
I think someone got bored and very creative. None of those videos show anyone else hearing these sounds except the videographer. If a noise happened out of the blue, I know everyone in my neighborhood would be out noseying around... LOL.
