Found a new MIR form today. I found it at IGA in the south shore.

Here are the details:

1. Buy any 3 of the following: Quaker cereal, oatmeal, granola bars, crispy minis. *QUEBEC ONLY*
2. Purchases must be made between Jan 1 2012 and Jan 28 2012 and all products must be purchased in the same transaction.
3. Fill out the form.
4. Mail before Feb 12 2012. Limit 1 per address.

Sorry I'm not from the south shore so don't remember exactly, I was just passing by. But it was on Taschereau boulevard, somewhere a bit west of jacques cartier bridge entrance. Hope that helps!!

In the store, it was on a special display of crispy minis I think, at the middle back of the store, near the fridge stuff.

I've gotten a few messages, so will try to sort through them tonight, and see how many extras I can trade off!

Finally, i saw a display with this promo at my Metro.

But after reading all the details, i'm not sure i'm gonna do it. They gonna send you a 10$ GC good on any 20$ or more purchase at Sports experts. Since i don't need anything from that store, i think i'm gonna pass
