I have apparently been selected as a potential secondary prize winner for the Purina Po Plan Cat 'Win With Pro Plan Cat' Contest. They want me to fill out this form and scan to email it back to them. Alittle leery these days of signing my life away on a form. I remember signing up for the contest as I still have the pin code at home but how do we know if it's real or not?!? Any advice?

why don't you contact them by phone or email and ask if it's legit?

a few weeks ago i won a $2000.00 tool box and tools from napa auto parts from one of their online contests and i was asked to do the same thing, (scan a form and email it back) but before i did that i called them first just to make sure. you can never be too careful.

Yeah I thought of that, just got off the phone with someone. Sounds legit but one never knows. I work in the IT field so I see and hear all kinds of hoaxes that the staff members for the company I work for get in a day. The person I spoke to said I was 1 of 400 secondary prize winners. Maybe I should posted this is a more general area to see if there are more SC winners.
