At the end of registration you are asked if you want to print the coupon needed for the kit. Registering is the only way to get it, so it serves as a kind of confirmation.

First, they told me that It was for people that have prescription, then they told to call back and return monday, I argued and insisted so they read the information in front of me and did it step by step. I had my printed coupon, but they wanted a NIP so i had to re-register to have a NIP at the prescription desk, then they had to print me a card to go at the cashier to get my kit. It took me at least 20 minutes. But I finally got it and it really worth the 10.95$.
