Got RAOKED but do not who to thank!

I got an envelope with a bunch of coupons in the mail today. In the envelope, there was a note that said "Sorry they were out of "squeaky" (can't make out the last word!)"

Unfortunately, there is no user name and no return address label. The only clue I have is the postal code from the post mark that is K1A 0C1, which according to Canada Post is in Ottawa, ON.

I am asking that the wonder RAOKER come forward, by pm if you wish, so that I may increase their trade rating for the wonderful gift.

Also if they could clarify what was written on the note, because it is confusing both Chris and I, although that does not take much these days!
