    i don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but RCSS that have revamped their cosmetics dept's have ginormous nail sections. like oodles of displays shoved into every available corner, and at least 2 big, permanent displays.

    i was there a couple of nights ago, and there were quite a few of the higher end polishes that had the yellow tags on the displays showing certain colors at 50% off. i was too tired to grab other colors and see what else might scan at half off, but the ones that were marked were at least a dozen or so different colors.

    they weren't pink stickers, but the yellow shelf tags

    sorry if none of that made any sense! lol
