double coupon days

Pharmasave will have double coupon days this coming Monday...January30....woo hoo!

How does this work? You can just use 2 of the same coupons on the same product?

Double coupon days means your coupon value doubles but the highest value coupon they take is $2 (so it will double to $4).......also, you can only buy 3 of the same items so they are limiting items.........last time they had double coupon days there were no restrictions but this time, there are.

Oh okay. So you don't need to have 2 of the same coupon. Like $2 wub 1. Automatically doubles to $4 even if you only have one coupon, or do you need two of the same coupon for it to be doubled ?

jmacarthur, The value of the coupon you have doubles but the highest value they accept is $2 (meaning doubling to $4)........Tanyamcn, now I'm not sure but when I read the front of their flyer, I understood it to mean the max coupon value accepted was $2........hope I'm right! Your one dollar coupon becomes a two dollar coupon.....and your two dollar coupon becomes a four dollar coupon etc....

So any good prices that you've noticed....I find pharmasave so overpriced that evening using doubled coupons you're goons pay more than say walmart

As far as I understand from the employee I spoke with ... the highest Pharmasave will match a coupon is $2.00 .. so if you have a $5.00 coupon they will only match as high as $2.00 = $7.00 off.

~$0.50=$1~, *$0.75=$1.50*, ~$1=$2~, *$2=$4*, ~$3=$5~, *$4=$6*

Hope this explains it .. & most of all hope this is right ... This is the exact way the customer service explained it to me.

even with the ability to double coupons....most of the pharmasave items are soooo expensive it's cheaper to shop at walmart...IMO

since all the toothbrushes were gone i ended up get 5 cottenelle tp for 99 c each and ivory body wash for 99c, not bad there was nothing else worth buying

I think the toothbrushes were sold out everywhere. lol I did manage to get two in the Sydney Forks store, but the clerk told me they pretty much cleared out on the weekend because they were on sale.

I managed to get:

2 toothbrushes
3 eye shadow
6 Kleenex
4 Febreeze Air Effects using my save 2WUB2

Not a bad deal because the toothbrushes, Kleenex and eye shadow were all free.

I wanted some Gillette body wash, but there were none in stock.

I got toothbrushes for free. Advil, and Kotex travel size packs for free :) and febreeze for 99 cents and royale toilet paper for 1.99!
