With #4 on the way (and for the first time having 2 in diapers) we are going to need a new diaper bag again! Our diaper bags don't seem to last all that long. I really don't want to resort to another cheap one from Walmart again-which means I guess I will be buying it online (not much in the way of retail stores here). What diaper bag do you have? Why do you like it?
I saw these awesome ones in a boutique here (Ju ju be) but the price was....

I used a backpack..
large enough for 3 kids clothes/diapers/wipes etc
easily carried either on a stroller or on my/Mr Penguin's back
didn't look like a diaper bag
and cheaper than a diaper bag.
Short answer : no Long answer : NOOOOOOOOOOO!

I buy mine second hand on craigslist. I got a Guess one for 30, a Fleurville, again for $30, and an Origami one for $20(had a small stain) and they all retail for $150+. I went through a phase where I was buying diaper bags like crazy.......
gone shopping!

Omg I am a diaper bag snob,
I have
Skip hop city chic
Skip hop dash deluxe
Skip hop studio tote
Gr8x backpack duo
Baby innovations hobo
I think that's all of them lol
I used the city chic more as a purse than a diaper bag, the baby innovations one I foun most useful, I had 2 I'm diapers too so it let me stuff a lot in to it

My hubby bought me a diaper bag but I found it so bulky and annoying.
I just have an oversized purse, I have a soft plastic case that I keep my sons stuff in though, just so that our stuff doesn't get all jumbled together.

I never liked any of the diaper bags I had or currently have...never seemed big enough! My sister-in-law uses a large Dakine backpack and that seems to be a better solution...she uses one pocket for her "purse", it's plenty big for two kids, and easier to carry when she has her hands full. Plus it's funky, sturdy, and she can use it as a regular backpack later on!

I'm with the Penguin, I had a backpack. I used a mens shaving bag to put in diapers, wipes and a change pad, other supplies just hanging around the backpack.

I like using a Heys luggage shoe bag. It's rectangular and zips open on three sides so the top lifts. has a little handle on top, fits diapers, wipes, a change pad, bottles and formula and a thin blanket, and it fits well in a stroller (even fits on the stroller seat under the infant carrier). When I use a larger bag, it seems like things don't fit as well, or that I try to pack too much?

I have the Coach diaper bag (it was a gift, I'd never spend that much on any purse let alone a diaper bag ^^; )
It certainly is big enough to hold everything, so no complaints there, but it does get a bit bulky and difficult to carry when I'm still carrying everything in my regular purse. Right now we don't go out of the house too often so it's fine for now, but I plan on switching to a backpack-style bag once the weather's nicer and we go out more. Backpacks are easier to carry, can fit just as much, and can hang from or be stowed underneath the stroller.

i had several diaper bags over the years but the one i liked the most was a Nike gym bag that i got at winners for $20. it had two small inner pockets (one zipper, one open) and a few small outer pockets. i always just threw it in the washing machine and dryer and it came out beautifully. i tried a back pack but i prefered to have a bag with a big strap so i could put it over the opposite shoulder so that i could get my wallet out of my bag while holding baby.

I've got a Winnie the Pooh diaper bag, which I'm sure was from Walmart since my mom bought it for me and she lives in the boonies with nothing but a Walmart. I actually really like it and have found it quite sturdy, but then again I've only got the one child and we don't leave the house that often. LOL.

With my first child, I had a Winnie the Pooh bag from WM. For #2 upcoming, I purchased the Babysac (I think).. it has one large bag, one small bag, change pads and some other stuff.
The Winnie the Pooh one was very durable although I think you can find the same out of a non-Disney bag.

I got this "Built" diaper bag when I was pregnant with my first and I absolutely love it. I got some clear draw-string bags and use 1 for "feeding supplies" 1 for diapers and I always kept a stash of ziplock or baby bags for dirty clothes and diapers.
Zia_Stephie really wants you as my swagbucks referral...PM me and I'll send you the link. Thanks!
