High fiber content, plus lots of folate & calcium - great for pregnant ladies.

that sounds yummy and very easy to make but i've never tried kale. is there a veg you can compare taste to?

I can't compare the taste, but one thing i do know, it won't wilt like spinach. And for your bacon, much neater and easier to clean up to do it in the oven! Place it on parchment on a cookie sheet, bake about 15 minutes, works great.

omg. I am so gonna have to make that for my dad when he comes over. LOL. He LOVES kale. I put cans of it in his stocking every year at Christmas and he's like a little kid when he opens them. hahahaha
