$9 Kids winter boots at Walmart + other winter stuff...

Just got back from my Whitby Walmart on Baldwin/Brock and they were having an in-store clearance on a LOT of stuff. They were having announcements of kids boots down to $9 (and there was lots when I was there during the blizzard), kids snow suits for $20, toddler's winter coats for $9!

So if you need to stock up for next year go!

They said it was an in-store special so I don't know if this is applicable at your other Walmarts but thought I'd pass it on just in case.

Picked up a pair of nice winter boots on clearance for $9 for my daughter, regular price $40 good for up to -40 weather. Noticed some wonderful deals on snowsuits for around $25, wish money wasn't so tight right now, I'd have picked up a new suit for my daughters for next winter.

Lethbridge, AB. has the same deal too. Original price $40, tag reduced to $19 whent I went to pay it was $9. I need to go back and get some more since I have 4 kids to dress

All Wal-Marts have major clearance in January. As far as I know if it is more than 1 Wal-mart then it is a markdown in their computers and the price goes down across all Wal-marts whether or not they have prices tags saying it. If just 1 store has an amazing deal then its just them. So since a few people from different stores have mentioned the $9 boots then it will be all Wal-marts. Mine here has lots of great kids boots for $9. Has been that way for a week and a half. Snowsuits were down to $25 each. So I bought for all 3 kids. We are set next year. Just need to find clearance on mitts now.

wonder if its all boots or just kids. my 'kid' takes a size 11 in mens. $9 would rock my budget. maybe they are hoping if they sell all their boots we won't get any more snow.

$9 at Calgary Wal Marts too. I had to pick up a pair for my daughter because we went to a "family fun centre" and her boots were stolen I mean seriously who steals a 3 year old's boots! Oh well at least I got a good deal on the replacement pair.

I picked up a snowsuit for my daughter today. I nearly squealed with excitement, reg $45 for $9! The cashier couldn't believe it either lol! Also scored some good deals at Zellers for thier summer clothes... $3 tshirts and some items for $1.80!!! It was a good day!
