Thank You we now just need to wait for the part :) I guess we will just be extra careful until it comes in the mail .
this explains why a brewer they sent to replace one that started to malfunction after 4 years was bursting the discks they sent me another to replace that one... n its doing it also so im gonna check if its on the recal list
Both mine and my sisters are on the list :( And so were the Espresso discs I just bought :(
OASN - we were having issues with our brewer spewing, however, we assumed that it was clogged, so we just cleaned it really well. It worked for a bit, but it has started spewing again. Guess I know why now.
does anyone remember how long they said it would be to get the replacement? I wish they would hurry up and get them out so i can use my machine again. imo they should be rushing these out to people since they are telling us not to use our machines.
I *believe* they said 7-10 days. I'm expecting mine this week sometime.
I remember that 10 was definitely the higher end of the date range. Let's hope that it does come this week. I also hope that they start restocking the shelves soon...I'm going through Tassimo withdrawl :(

FINALLY!!!! got my part today. I will be getting dh to switch the part after he gets home from work today. Dh was a bit pissed that i refused to let my mom use MY coffee maker when she was visiting or babysitting even though we never had any problems with our machine lol.
Well I'm sure glad we returned ours & got a Keurig. I'm surprised they didn;t get recalled because the water tanks fall out
You mean the water tanks of the Tassimo fall out? Mine lifts up to fill it up with water, then slides back into place. Glad you like your Keurig though. I love my Tassimo coffee! :-)Quote:
