Free Online Cooking Classes - Freezer Items

I just thought that I would share a FREE online cooking/freezing class that I have been taking for the past couple of weeks. I wanted to share the link because I have learned so much already and I thought that you might enjoy it too. Here is the link.

The woman who films these is Canadian but lives in Paris and uploads new videos for every 250 subscribers. She kind of acts like a guinea pig and tests out all of the questions asked and gives you the results. This class is specifically for things that you can freeze and what to do with them once you have frozen them. Did you know that you can freeze avacados, tomatoes and so much more. I love this because she has basically covered all of the items that go bad in my fridge and therefore saves me money because I'm not throwing out as much food :D

Wow. Thank you for posting this. Once the boys are old enough for me to get rid of the strollers, I'm getting a big freezer. For now I'll try to stuff things into my small one.
