Thread: Problems with Pigsback

I emailed them last week. Basic complaint.....where is my stuff. Plus does the new system of cashing in rewards reflect on past orders.
this is the reply:
Hi,
The rewards changes are only for new orders, any done before the change date
will be fulfilled as ordered. Just a quick question so that I know I
understand the situation, have you received any rewards to date?
Pigsback.com
I found it odd asking if I had received any of my rewards. I really think they are drowning at their end.

it seems like it i gave up on my account some time ago when none of the points for anything i did showed up figured it was a waste of time to wait half an hour for the page to load then do everything possible to earn points then have nothing show up for it

Pigback should really be sending out a newsletter to all of their members explaining what they are doing and any changes that they have going on. Its like a new mystery when you log in everyday to see what new glitch they came out with. It would just be nice if we were a little more informed as to what they are up to.

yeah, most of the quizzes are now entering you into a draw, so n easy points like before. It would be good to have them clearly let us know what's going on, but maybe they have - I haven't checked my freebie e-mail in a while. They're probably scrambling and need to catch up.

LOL, okay this is officially insane. They now enter you into a contest to win 10 points (???!!) when you answer one of those trivia questions. Given the amount of money they get from their sponsors, to be offering contests that allow you to "win" a dime is just ridiculous. I will be emailing them to see when I'll be getting the points I'm waiting on so I can shut it down.
P.s. to anyone else, you are doing everyone a disservice if you keep your account open. Perhaps if they see a mass exodus from their site, they may reevaluate their strategy. To keep going on for the nickel and dime contests, you are not only wasting your own time (even the most awful minimum wage job pays more than that) but you are saying that it's okay for pigsback to not offer anything to it's members. Just my two cents... (lol, or is it ten??)

I have to disagree Licious because i won the $5000 Shopping Spree from them, so i will keep entering their contests and i strongly suggest everyone take a chance and you may win as well.

The quizzes have now turned into draws for 1000 points...you no longer get 5 or 10 points per quiz.
