Finally went to take a look at it and I did it already about a month ago for airmiles still beneficial!

Dammit, I just did this survey, but no link or for a gc & nothing in the email!!!

Karabana- At the beginning of the survey when you clicked the link did you have to click on a photo for the survey that showed gift cards? It may be over now but is letting people do the survey still. I'm not too sure to be honest why it didn't send you anything....

no problem! happy to hear for the most part people are getting the page to get the gift card. for those who aren't i'm really not sure what could be going wrong there :S .....I really hope it doesn't happen too much.

Well, that's your opinion on the whole thing .....We who have done it obviously feel fine with the Ontario Health System having the information they already have. We're just giving them the rights to look. Thanks for your opinion though.

I picked Walmart too - ours is just turning into the superstore & I it even more now.

dch- ours turned into one about 6 months ago and i've been shopping there ever since i actually ad match most of my stuff there just so i can get what i want in 1 stop :D i love walmart especially with the grocery side now
