The usual price is $4.99 for 20kg...
Are there specific months that they go on sale? Are there any coupons of FPC for these?

Walmart seems to be the cheapest. I have never seen coupons. I use a bag month in our system. Walmart had it for $4 around Christmas I believe it is $4.98 or so a bag right now.
