    Before you click on the Checkout button, there a place where you can enter the coupon code. You must enter the coupon code, then click on Checkout and then you can enter your address. My mistake was to click on Checkout without entering the coupon code.

    I was just checking the site and found that the shipping for international orders (to Canada) is USPS--so no worries about UPS brokerage charges! Yeh!
