The PF definitely was on sale then but it was not with the bonus points (unless you could double dip in the GTA).
Personally, this seems like a good time to do the MIRs, and could probably get you to $75 fairly quickly.
Most of the products are $17-25 each regularly so $12 to $18 on sale with $7 or $9 rebates. 7 total PF rebates available so 5-6 of those and you'd easily be at $75 (and getting back $35+).Kate
