so yeah, small gripe, still shaking my head.
Customer was angry over getting flyers when she has a note placed in the condo box requesting none.
Well Dearie, if you had picked up your mail yesterday, I would have been able to see that note today! I can't see the silly little paper that says NO JUNK MAIL if mail is on top of it now can I ? Oh wait, I am supposed to be a mind reader or remember every single person's box # that doesn't want any.
