Hey, I was up because I needed to turn the AC back on. Today I think I will take DS to Pharmaprix to get diapers during the 20X sale, he needs a change of scenery.

I told the boyfriend I didn't want to put up the A/C this year. We have very little windows and to have this massive unit block out most of the sunlight in my kitchen just didn't seem right.
I'm regretting my decision now.

I'm on a lot of email lists and usually I just delete a lot of these mass-mailings without opening them.
But today I got one that caught my eye, from Eagle Brand - make easy homemade icecream - I opened it up, seems cool, no need for an ice cream maker ...

I don't have AC but today the basement was even hot,so we too a splash in the kiddie pool Chez MoiIt's going to be hard to sleep tonight,like i sleep much lol

I'm stuck to the couch now... DH is in the basement playing games (Diablo), thus he is quite comfy. And to think I just declined a free protable AC unit Tuesday (from MIL), because we frankly don't want to put that in our windows (we have Casement windows, so harder to put in), and thought we only really need it 10 days per summer! Maybe I should call back MIL to ask if the unit found a good home yet?

Second year in a row I'm refusing to put in the ACs, the basement is quite comfy. But it looks like J might break down any day now and put them up anyway.
