Bids for a Cause

Hi everyone!

Many of you that have been on SC for awhile know that I do a lot of work with an organization called Isabella's Umbrella.

It has been a big time for their cause and they are working toward their charitable status, expanding into Saskatchewan and are now working hard on their fund raising goals.

Isabella's Umbrella is currently having its first ever silent auction with some incredible items! Virgin Radio Edmonton graciously provided Isabella's Umbrella with a donation of "Movie Passes for a Year" with a value of $330, the current bid on them is $20...that is up to 24 movies in this year!...I know many of you SC'ers could use these movie passes and would really enjoy them!

Plus there are also many other incredible items on the auction itself like Elton John tickets. He's playing in Red Deer and this could be the show of a lifetime!!! The current bid is still an incredibly low $150.00 for two tickets. The value is $338.00.

There is also a photography session with Roughley Photography worth $350.00 which has a current bid of $50.00. Their photographs are truly incredible and they are based right here in Edmonton too!

Not too mention the Scentsy basket, Epicure and Tupperware basket and an Avon basket too...all at far less than their face value. A great deal that helps a great cause....sounds good to me!!

Much of the work Isabella's Umbrella does is for the Stollery here in Edmonton. My daughter was hospitalized at the Stollery back in December and it's a hospital that is truly a life changing place to see and be a part of for any length of time....its a cause that is near and dear to my heart for so many reasons and I would love to have an incredible showing from Edmonton so if you are interested...please take a look! I truly appreciate it.

It has been a long year and I am so incredibly proud of my ladies for everything they have accomplished over the past year...their strength is incredible. I love them like my own family and want to help them in any way I can.

There are a couple SC'ers out there who were gratious enough to donate to this cause and their donations have been put to incredible use. I truly cannot thank you for your previous help with our causes and (you know who you are) there are no words that can express the gratitude I have for you and for this community.
