This morning seemed to drag but great deals to be found!
Checked my Lotto Max ticket, and won a free play!
30M would have been better but oh well!
Stopped at a Charity garage sale for a radio-a-thon in a couple weeks and a Flee Market and my Aunt's family church. We got some AMAZING deals between the 2!
- 9 DVD's -Guys says take them all for $2, he had $2 each stickers on them!
- 6 VHS for 5/$1 or 25c each!
- Seen on TV Wonderfile Portable work station BRAND NEW in box! 50c
- Purse for DD 50c
- Wallet for DD 50c
- Pan of 12 home made tarts $4 (6 cherry, 6 butter tarts)
Then off to spend my CT scratch cards! Found 4 in the recycle yesterday and 1 in my mailbox. So between 3 of us and 2 different stores we got:
- 3 Charmin 24pk
- 1 25 load tide (with $5 scratch card and $2 coupon= .69c!)
- 1 newspaper (for insert)
- 1 Sunglasses for hubby
Total before coupons $49.38
Total after scratch cards and coupons $19.38
Savings of $30!!!
And last off to WM for cheap groceries!
- 1 Orville Redenbacher popcorn $2.97-$1
- 4 KD Smart @ $1.27- 75c
- 1 Ziplock bags $3.27- $1 (Too much I know, but coupon was expiring soon and had $4 in coupons in it)
- 1 Pilsbury cookies $2.47- $2
- 1 Covergirl Mascara $4.94- $4
- 12 Campbells @ 50c - $1 wub 4
- 1 Min. Maid OJ $2 for 2L jug!
- 1 4L milk $4.67
- 1 2L milk $3.38
Subtotal= $34.86
Coupons $14.00
OOP = $21.68
Time spend doing all this shopping as a family..... PRICELESS!

Great idea to use the CT scratch card to buy a newspaper with inserts.
Free newspaper + more coupon savings

wtg, i went to north CT with mom and niece. we all had scratch cards. My niece was scared to u it, she was trying to get a candle. Cashier gave us grief. B/c someone came into store earlier and tried going to ever till with scratch cards. was caught using more then one per customer. threw a bit fit. She was trying to say i was using two. but then let us go.
