OMG are you freakin' kidding me!? :omg: They're lucky NB is even returning the coupons for them to submit to the proper adress on the coupon!
On one hand it's funny they're that stupid but it's also a huge piss off that they're that stupid :lolsign:
SDM at Eaton Centre refuse my printed Loreal coupons (for color riche products and voluminous mascara $3-off ) said they don't accept printed coupons. wtf?!
You've got to remember, stores don't have to accept coupons. Plain and simple. They are a privilige NOT a right.
Many stores refuse printables due severe abuse and misuse. It's the store's choice.
That may be but if their stores are refusing printed coupons they're going against what their own policy says. For those that have been refused - I find it helps if you have a copy of their policy printed out and with you - most seem to make up rules only because they don't know any better. If you bring out the policy most (not all) will have an "ah-hah" moment and process it. Failing that - I would contact head office so they can clarify if their policy is just a suggestion for stores of if they're meant to follow it...
