I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I haven't walked in your shoes on this one, but I've walked beside several women who have undergone the same thing. One thing that I know from spending time with them is that you need to be sure to find a way that works for you to let your feelings out and work through the loss - whether that is talking with your DH and family and friends, seeking out a good counsellor, doing meditation, doing art or writing, or all of those. Everybody grieves differently, so you need to go with what works for you.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I to lost my baby, earlier then yourself. But the pain of the loss was still there. It's takes time and acceptance for the things we can't change. I still think of the baby and what could had been. It does get easier to deal with, it really does.

I am sorry if I sound selfish I know it happens to a lot of women and I empathize with them it just hurts so much
