    I don't know about free meals but Kelseys, DQ and Arby's send you printable coupons for deals, usually BOGO's. Kelseys was for a free appetizer. You sign up for their emails. DQ and Arby's send me emails with offers at least once a month.

    Applebees gives a free dessert...and you can request that they DON'T sing. LOL.

    I think Perkins in the USA does...or is it a $10 off coupon?..can't remember. Not sure if Canadian Perkins does...we don't have one here anymore.
