Sites for buying/selling giftcards (Cardswap, Plastic Jungle, etc)

Wondering who around here has used the various sites for buying/selling gift cards (such as Plastic Jungle, Card Swap, Giftah, etc).

What sites do you find to be the best? Most reputable? Any ones you would avoid?

And are some better for SELLING used cards (who pays more) and others better for BUYING from (you pay less!).

I'm starting to investigate some of these myself, but just wanted to see what others experiences have been

I saw on Dragon's Den that Cardswap keeps 10% of the value of the card you are trading in, but maybe that has changed.
I believe you can either get a cheque or swap it for a difference giftcard.

If you do end up using a cardswap site, let us know which one you used and the pros and cons of it please
