I have a $1.50 off Janes chicken coupon. It shows a picture of the Janes Flatjacks, but the fine print says 'valid on ANY 1kg or less variety of Janes products'. To me that means it would be good on nuggests, strips, any Janes product. Today the cashier argued with me that it had to only be the one in the photo. She then took my coupon for Activia yogurt that has a photo of one kind of yogurt, but in the fine print it says 'valid on any 12 pack of yogurt'. I was buying a 12 pack but not the flavour in the photo. Why would it be okay to accept that coupon but not the Janes one?

Go back and speak to Customer Service. The cashier is in the wrong.

I agree with all the other comments...if it says ANY then it's valid on any.

I know she was wrong, if I had not been in a hurry to get my daughter I would have gone to customer service. I also got charged wrong for bread, so I might go back later.
