Here is my stacking guide:

Astro - $1 CZ + $1 MFR = $2, possibly free yogurt!
Black Diamond Cheesestrings - $0.75 CZ + $0.75 MFR OR $1 MFR
Dairyland Organic Milk - $1 CZ +$1 (?) MFR - Believe MFR came from magazine that gets sent to your home free
Dove - $2 WUB2 CZ + $2 WUB2 MFR = $4 WUB2
Eggs - $1 WUB2 CZ + $1 WUB2 MFR = $2 WUB2
Finish - $2 CZ + $2 Various MFR = $4 OOORRRR Free tabs if you "buy" them at NF this week
Hormel Completes - $1 CZ + $1 MFR (expiring end of month) = $2, really really cheap as I think my RCSS sells them for like $2.50 or something.
IOGO - $1 CZ + $0.75 tearpad or $1 or $4 newspaper MFR
Lil Ones - $0.75 CA + $0.75 MFR (expires end of october, I have one for trade)
Minute Rice -$0.50 CZ + $.50 MFR
Snuggles - $1 CZ + $1 MFR (save.ca?)
Sunlight - $2 CZ + so many MFR coupons out there = Hopefully some free detergent if the sale gods are listening.

General Mills $5 WUB5 amazing deal if you have those old el paso FPC's!!! I have three so I will need two more cheap filler items.

Superstore West has $2 Astro Original -- limit of 2. No Frills has same deal, no limit, so it is free in both places for those of us who can stack one CZ and one Mfr.

If anyone is looking for Lil Ones yogurt coupons, I have some that I won't be using....

Dairyland Organic Milk--There was a $0.75 expires Dec31/12 that was part of a Smart Source release. There is a new one for $1 expires Mar31/13 as part of the release that has just started.

Lil Ones--as well as the one mentioned, there is a new one for $0.75 expires Mar31/13 as part of the Smart Source release that has just started.

I found the Iogo one at loblaws Hwy 7/McCowan. There's a coupon board at both entrance and they both had the coupon. Didn't notice the Astro one. This was on Tues.

i didnt know youre allowed to stack mf coupons with cz coupons at rcss? i tried that once in moose jaw and they wouldnt allow it!
