Hey everyone, does anyone know if any Walmarts in Winnipeg allow the use of a coupon zone coupon and a manufacturer coupon to be combined? I have heard that the CZ is like a pricematch and since WM allows pricematches and competitor coupons that it would be ok to use a manuf. coupon on top of that?

ok that wasmeant as Coupon Zone is still just a coupon. Not stacking yet, and its not a price match here. Ontario is always ahead she told me and big changes are coming

NO!!!!!!!!!! At least not at mine
They consider it stacking - you can either use 1 or the other
Funny how people continue to push the limits when the CZ coupon says specifically on it NOT TO BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER COUPONS!!!!!!

A while back Walmart in Delta (if I am correct) was stacking. Not sure if they still do or not. Ours in Kelowna does not.

they will accept the coupon zone coupons as a price match (inform them) csm will be called and they will say yes, then use the manufactures coupon

I am defending Peachykeen because, I believe, she speaks from witnessing or being victim of experience whereby some people (not her) try to stretch or work around the system as it is, then the companies get irritated by it, get fed up with, in essence, some fraud that goes on because of this, then we all (couponers) end up paying (being victimized) and have heavier restrictions placed upon all of us.
As I just finished submitting in another post about this very same topic, some people are just not happy enough with deals and coupons. They feel they have to keep pushing the envelope. We've had a few horror story fiasco's this past year that come to mind, thereby the manufacturers having to put so many rules on their tiny little coupons that it's almost too hard to read without a magnifying glass.
In summary, appreciate the deals you get, don't be greedy (and this applies not to any one person but to all who feel they have to push the envelope), and life will be a happy place for all. Why? Because at the end of the day, greedy always destroys a good thing and hurts everyone, not just the one who gets greedy.
I don't mean to be harsh, but it gets to be pretty old on here when we witness over and over again, some people always trying to up one on any store or manufacturer, resulting in all of us paying a dear price for it later because that store or manufacturer simply got fed up with someone trying to outsmart that store or company.
Stores and companies are not fools, they may have patience, but eventually that patience wears out and no one likes to be played for a fool, whether it be a person or a company.
So again, I back up Peachykeen because from her comments, I can see that she doesn't want to see a good thing get ruined over and over again. I don't believe she was trying to be rude, because I too, also see where she's coming from.Last edited by shirl57; Wed, Mar 14th, 2012 at 03:14 PM.

hey all,
so I tried using a rexall "coupon" from their flyer that said $2 off, to price match, as I have been told by a few people and also read that people have done this, and was told NO at 2 walmarts - ST.VITAL and KENASTON. The only time they will price match a rexall or coupon zone coupon is if there is a set price in the end, so like $2 off @ $2.50 each for example. I talked to the general manager at Kenaston and she said the reason some people have been doing it is because the cashier is not trained properly and really they are NOT suppose to do this at all and if it is pulled off, they get in trouble. The CSM at st.vital said they just received a notice a few days ago that said NOT to accept competitors coupons as a price match (I'm assuming you still can if they state an end amount, I really didn't get into it with her). I think things will get much worse if people keep trying to get items this way (when a coupon says X amount off), and that they will refuse ANY competitor coupons even with a set amount off in the long run...

maybe you looked friendlier? lol
I dunno, but I just asked yesterday, and made sure it was a general manager, not csm. so maybe things changed within a couple days. st.vital did say they got a notice recently that said they are not suppose to accept ANY competitor coupon now! But like I said I'm sure they will still accept a final prie on a c.c...? Say you went to kenaston again now and spoke to the same person you did last time and they said yes to the $2 off, I would really like to know who that is so I can get the same deal as you too!!!!! lol maybe 2 GMs are on different pages!
