I am having a hard time with who wins 2 riders are so close for most generous to conductor and 2 riders are so close to second most generous to conductor so I am having a hard time do I give 2 $10.00 cards and 2 $5.00 cards plus most generous to all riders tht would be $35 worth of gift cards or do I give 1 $10.00 gift card and 1 $5.00 plus most gerous to riders, or do I give 1 $10.00 and 2 $5.00 plus most generous?

I don't think you spending more $ OOP is the way to go. You already are so generous with your prizes.
I would maybe suggest some sort of guess a # or coin flip to determine who wins .?. I'm not sure.. Tough One.
