    hmmm...I had great service from them when I had a issue last year. Sad to hear thier changing that. Good to know. I would email them again!!

    I did a survey they sent me in Oct of last year and they sent me 2 $5 coupons good on any of their products, but they were real coupons with the halograms on them, I just gave the last one to my dd last week. They was blue if I recall correctly. I would not be disappointed with a printable. I am just happy to receive anything at all. Perhaps the times that they do send out printables, they are out of coupons. I know a lot of people are requesting coupons these days. I hope you are able to use it. If not, trading it for something you can use in your area would be a great idea.

    I also received printables for Huggies after I called about a problem I had. To top it off, they sent me a return shipping label so I can mail the defective product back, but I have to provide my own envelope. Seriously? I have to go out and buy an envelope big enough to fit diapers? The other two time I have had to mail a bad product back, the company sent me a SASE all I had to do was put the product in and pop it in the mailbox. I think I'll stick with Pampers from now on (it was a rare thing for me to buy Huggies anyways); their customer service has always been excellent.

    That's weird. I recently emailed Kimberly Clark to tell them I don't care for U by Kotex products & they sent me shiney high quality manufacturers coupons...which I didn't use cuz I still don't like U by Kotex lol
    I am currently looking for coupons for non parishable foods or grocery coupons good until December to help with Christmas food helpers.
