:omg: I'm still shocked! I got a letter from Kimberly-Clark today in the mail. I contacted them about the problem I had, and they sent me PRINTABLE coupon for $3 off any Kimberly-Clark product...it's printed on the printer "verifymycoupons.com"...it's black and white coupon...I have no words for this....:-~
You can't use printable? I've never had a problem using them. You can probably trade it very easily unless the expiry is very short (which alot of printables are).

That is the strangest thing I've heard of - weird!
I would contact them and say "Thanks for sending me a coupon I could have printed myself...I had a problem with your product and this is how you address it? I will not be using your products in the future." see if they actually send you something more better than that.
I can't use printables where I live so it would be disappointing to receive a printable from a direct company.
That happened to me 2 years ago, Jamieson sent me printed internet coupons when I specifically told them I do not use printables! What a waste of colored ink.
I tend to do this! I was trying to research the Internet but I didn't find anyone ever mentioned about such a practice...Is it something new from the Kimberly-Clark? :shrug:Quote:
