    Hi everyone.

    I just wanted to let everyone know that if your Mortgage is coming up for renewal or your thinking of buying there is some very Low rates out there!! I work for a credit union and right now our rates are the lowest in Canada and lowest in our history. Thought I would share as this is huge.

    We are offering 2.98 on a 5yr fixed mortgage!!!! Crazy

    Check us out Coast Captial Savings .....Most banks will match, so if you dont want to come to a credit union make sure to mention our posted rate.
