2x Your money back if you try dressing and don't like it

I've seen this advertised in the pre-packaged salad section. It is on those gourmet style Kraft Dressings ( Poppyseed-Raspberry, Greek-Feta ) in the glass jar. They allow you to try them and will give you your money back x 2 if your are not satisfied. Does anybody know the address for this rebate submission?
I have been searching all over and short of driving into town to visit Safeway I can't find the info... ?

Has anyone tried them? I am a HUGE fan of Renee's Greek Feta salad dressing but to save the 50 cents I thought I'd try the Kraft version. Haven't opened it yet.

Which one was it that you didn't like. I have tried several of them and have been happy with all the ones I have tried so far.
