Oh my, i went to walmart today, bought $90 worth of stuff tried to use my $100 visa at the self check out and it came up declined.. I was quite embarrassed, I have no idea why, so I just paid for it with my bank card and left. I never had any trouble using my old visa gift card..weird

My first $50 Visa BT gc, i used no problem at Winner's. My 2nd that came a few days ago, i tried to use at Winner's and it wouldn't go through. I told them i've used a card just like that there before, so i asked to use their phone, called the balance enquiry number on the back, had to press #1 to register the card and then it worked no problem. The call was automated and took less than 2 min.

I acually did read that the card must be registered by logging into a website or calling the phone number listed on the sheet of paper that the card was attached to prior to using it....the last card did not need to be registered but the new ones with the Boomertowne web addy do.

Everytime I clicks on it, it says I dont' have enough points to redem. lol I didn't wanna redeem any points, I just wanted to find out what was offered. Canadians can only order VISA gift cards. Since you joined a few days ago, it will cost you more points then it does me to get the gift cards because it is now double for anyone who joined after June 1.

So I think your points needed would be:

$50 Visa - 50,250
$75 Visa - 75,375
$100 Visa - 100,500
etc.

They show the list under BT Points, Catalogue.
