For anyone that's getting an error, or a 'we're sorry...' and going in loops.... TRY using the firefox browser. It still takes a couple of mins, but you'll proceed with no errors.

I am really stuck and ready to tear my hair out after 30 minutes in this loop LOL. I already had the run around with creating accounts and I finally go through but had to change the password twice. I can finally get to the sample order screen but I am caught in another loop. every time I click confirm, I get a message that I have to select three samples and confirm my address. I click Ok then I wait and nothing happens. It seems to think i didnt pick my samples or something. I don't see a way to confirm my address. This is the second attempt and I am still having this problem. Any suggestions?

i know exactly how u feel ive been at it for about 25 min now and its doing exactly the same thing for menow with the pick 3 samples thing. i waited it out and the screen took me back to the main page. i really hoipe i dont have to do it all over aghain! :O

YES!!! Took forever but I finally got confirmation and my samples. I used Firefox to get it to work after Chrome kept getting me kicked out and looped back.

Got one just a few minutes ago.
Did have to refresh once to see the 1-question survey options, but otherwise it went thru with no problems.
Just had to register, and be patient. One click, and wait till it loads or confirms. 3 samples in 6-8 weeks in the end.

That happened to me too. Just click "ok" and "continue". It might pop up again a couple of times so just repeat "ok" and "continue." It will eventually stop after a few times.

ETA: And then wait, lol.

Hum. I finally got to the second continue then it booted me back to the log in screen. I tried again and it says I already ordered so I am crossing my fingers that I got one. Not sure what to think..

Everyone, make sure you get to this page. The first time I did it, I hit the confirm button and a blue box popped up saying to make sure my info was correct before confirming. I stupidly closed the window thinking since I had hit confirm, I had finished ordering. Had this little niggling feeling so logged back in and low and behold, my samples weren't confirmed! LOL. Whew!
