Thank you to the groovy above guys for posting the 10:15
Thanks Michele for helping to recall what wonderful music scene,
The bands we loved and there were so many
& concerts didn't cost such a pretty penny,
The Concerts at Maple Leaf Gardens and the Grandstand at the CNE,
Memories I am recalling that are so very dear to me,
There weren't so many venues where you could get a concert thrill,
Let alone a place like Youtube where you can reminisce & chill,
We really had an abundance of artists who we relied on when we'd be sad,
Crazy looney rockers that pushed the envelope of bad!
Ain't it amazing that so many old rockers are still a rockin' today,
Maybe they learned a lesson from the ones that we lost on the way,
The dance of life goes on my friends so keep those memories on file,
Conjure them up in your mind like an old fashioned radio dial,
With a crackling overplayed album, sit back & have a listen,
Perhaps you were in the basement with your true love just a kissin'
Have a great day!

SillyLoocie reminds me of some great concerts. What were your favourite concert experiences?
Mine might be Santana at the Gardens after the Zebop album release in 81. The Sensitive Kind is one of my favourite songs.
Santana rocked on for hours upping the tempo over and over until you freaked out. The place was full of smoke (not the cigarette kind). About 50 funny cigarettes passed by me and I had no idea where they came from. Probably got someone's cold after that, but who cared. What a trip!

Afternoon fellow Qsters. Thanks to everyone for the winning words this weekend. Kenrod, hope you have anice relaxing week.
Just spent the last hour outside cleaning up from the festivies from last night. Holy Schnikees is it HOT. Might be a good day to spend in the AC and watch Tiger destroy yet another field. Either that or spend the day with the Out-laws and their pool.
Hope everyone has great day.

3 at :22 is what I had. Ffighter must be pulling my leg.
What! How does a runner in baseball relate here? Now you're making sh*t up.
Oops, I can't say that word because it disappears unless I add the * - one of the 7 words you can't say on TV (love that George Carlin sketch). Wonder if there's an age requirement on this board and which words I can't use? I tried a few bad words that disappear - he he, I know them all. A male rooster is okay though.

There is a block on bad words thread wide. Even in private messages. There is no age limit to join or visit SC. There are several minors that pop into this thread
The tie thing is a silly attempt at humor. The only question I cannot answer... why?

Nice to finally enjoy working outside on the balcony. Can't complain when your biggest trouble is a few odd bees and glare on your laptop screen.
Hope you all have a nice spot, too, to enjoy this great weather. Show your spot.
