I've given up on winning the air show tickets and will have to settle for going down to the CNE and watch like the rest!
I would have much rather been sipping a cocktail on board the frigate on lake Ontario but....... Oh well!!

You know what? I'm starting to think I didn't win the airshow tickets

I'm starting to think no one did.

I did win Springsteen tickets when they were giving away the meet & greet with Steve Van Zandt. I picked up the tickets the day of the show, and asked what happens with "Pending Notification of Winner" if they don't get a hold of the "winner". The receptionist told me, flat out, that they usually get distributed to staff at the station.

I am just reading away and not even bothering with the posting first - there seems to be 40 or so people on line at that time and 20 post it within the first minute or 2. I was down about alwasy being the bridesmaid before with just 12 people online and never getting it posted first: With 40 or so people, I won't even get invited to the wedding at that rate...LMAO
