Hi all. Sorry for my lack of participation the last few days. I basically redid my staff room - everything except the walls and floors in the last five days. All done except pictures and I'm off to hem drapes.

Great weather, but for those heffing it, it was a pretty sweatty few days. My friend always said that men perspire, but women glow. It's been a glowing weekend.

As someone said, it's been a long time since we've had a Labour Day weekend with such nice weather. I remember spending one in a tent all weekend with three other people listening to ZZ-Top because it rained the whole time - same weekend that the racoons ran off with our bag of meat as we were unpacking the car the first few minutes after we got there.

My best Labour Day weekend was about 25 years ago (I was 26). We went camping - I think it was Balsam Lake and it was beautiful day and night. We had a corner site with lots of sand and listened to the Q all weekend and spent a lot of time dancing in our bare feet in the sand. We played lawn darts and badminton and drank and smoked a lot. Those were the days - no worries.

All the best to all and hope all the kiddies have a wonderful day at school tomorrow.
