Happy, WET Monday morning, all!

Thanks for all the words and codes over the weekend, I was STILL hurting from that first trip to the gym Thursday, so I didn't spend a lot of time on the computer or listening to the radio. It was a sofa vacation for me, lol.

Got into the office to realise I left my phone at home on my bed, still charging. Here's hoping today isn't the day Joanne decides to call me at 1:40.

hey, guys!

thanks for the words today; i missed a couple of days of points but it was you that i missed. i just caught up on all the posts since last thursday; you guys are the best!

i pulled a "thelma and louise" on friday night. i arrived home from work, dropped my disgusting work clothes, changed into shorts & t-shirt(no socks, undies, etc) sat on my steps staring into space when a friend from cookstown called. within minutes i was in my car heading to her place as i was. it was just what i needed(as the cars have indicated in the past).

sitting around the bonfire(in her backyard), kicking back, sharing about our f***ed relationships with our respective guys, and laughing. the next day we visited a retired co-worker out near Havelock and enjoyed the day on the trent.

back to the trenches tomorrow,but i'm only using one match to light on end of my candle.

Hey Putt, so glad that you are refreshed and ready for the daily battles ahead. Life is not fair and sometimes it just sucks...but remember, it's life and we should all make the best of what we are handed. I believe "Pain is inevitable, misery is optional.
