lol, haven't been in ages. The last time I was in what I would call GREAT shape, I used to cycle about 5 miles a day back and forth to a rather physical job. The muscles in my legs are still in great shape, but the rest of me has gotten kinda soft. (please hold the comments from the peanut gallery, I'm WELL aware of the innuendos that one opens myself up to )

The first visit didn't go too well. I was a hurtin' unit Friday, then in absolute agony Saturday. Made a quick trip to the doc, he hooked me up with some anti-inflamatories, which should make future apres-gym aches easier to deal with.

Has anyone read that story in the paper this morning about a "crocodile" spotted in a London, Ontario pond?

It's a caiman, not a crocodile. That's like spotting a basking shark in Lake Ontario and getting the public all riled up saying a deadly shark is on the loose.

No, not the crocodile story in London, but every so often I hear about piranas in Professor's Lake in Brampton. Of course it is always an urban legend... or a suburban legend as in the case of Brampton.
