Thank you for all the answers today. I may be a bit of a spoiler here, but I like the rain. You see I live in the country, the rain water helps to fill my cistern (holding tank) and if it goes near empty I have to pay for a truck load of water and that is $130 for 4000 gallons. So for me the rain is GOOD.

So here is a question that has been bothering me.
IF "abc" works like "---" for all of the trivia questions, why do we post the answers?
I understand that Qbees are inquiring minds and we want to know the answers, but telling them takes the fun out of it, especially when the points are the same no matter how many guesses we take.
Just a weekend thought.

IMac, i will give you my own personal opinion on the trivia answers...it is just my personal preference to actually put in the correct answers....call me 'anal' but that's what I do. Also, at some point in the past, someone offered the thought that perhaps points could be contested if they were received via the 'abc' or '---' route (in case you ever did win any of the prizes). And, I appreciate the time, effort and consideration our friends here put into posting all the answers including the trivia stuff. So, in the end, yes, you can get the points using 'abc' or '---' vs. using the correct answers --- I guess it just comes down to individual preferences.

good morning, everyone!

it appears i missed a lot of activity. i cleaned my garage out...now i can park inside...getting ready for the "w" word.

ya, neon. i forgot about "rocket ship 7" with commander tom/bill? I think he was the weatherman as well.channel 11 in hamilton was a little harder to get(my dad would sometimes go up on the roof and turn the antenna). of course, there was "tiny Talent Time with uncle bill...i think he just retired from cfto. i liked when he'd dress in his uniform.
