Hey everybody. The other day I clicked on the "Traitor" Movie Trailer to get 5000 points. However, it gave me 50 points instead! The Activity History on my account shows it as 5000 points, but my Points balance shows 50. I wrote to the Q about it and said:

Hi there. I clicked on the "Traitor" movie Bonus Site for 5000 points but it seems to have given me 50 instead! Hopefully you can fix this for me. Thanks.

This is a copy of the reply I received from them this evening:

Nope, it gave you the 5000. It looks like you spent your points on some tickets.

What I would like to know is, if the Q gave me the 5000 points for the movie trailer Bonus Site, then where did the 50 come from? None of the Bonus Codes, Bonus Sites or L&Ws give out 50 points, and none of the prizes cost 50. All the points are in rounded off hundreds and thousands. Plus I didn't spend any points on tickets, as Miss Yevette suggested!

Unbelievable!! I'd sent a note back saying just that! Yevette seems to have an answer for everything! What's it to them if they give out a few extra points because you're putting in a complaint. There are glitches. Do they not know that? Bad, bad customer service. To tell you the truth, I'm kinda getting sick of the Q!!

Don't even tell me that you need a reference number because one did not show up and also this happened on my third pull yet my activity account showed that I had made 5 pulls. That means I am out 1500 points since I was betting 500 a pull. This all hapened around 10:44 pm.

Let us know what happens. I've lost 2500 a few times on the wheel when it says that it's supposed to credit us back. BS!!
