One thing bothered me about that show. How did they get the animals to get along? Have you ever tried putting a hamster and a gerbil in the same environment? We tried it when we were kids. It did NOT end nicely.
What do the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Titanic have in common?

They both look good until they hit the ice.

Didn't care about that, I loved all the little things like kitchen chairs, their little houses and cars

By the way, haven't been around lately due to moving apartments and just want to thank everyone for the reps and weekend words. Thanks!!

Oh, I picked up the new KISS album, Sonic Boom, at WalMart last night. I was underwhelmed by the experience, to say the least.

First of all, the WalMart I went to, at Airport Rd & Hwy 7 here in Brampton, has got to have the WORST media department I've ever seen. The album was not in the KISS section at all, and they didn't have a header for Journey either. (they had an album released through WalMart last year, and I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone) Started browsing through the music section, and very few CDs were in place, but I came across LOTS of wrappers from CDs and DVDs. (the lesson here, if you want to steal a CD, do it at WalMart, because the staff don't care, lol)

Finally found the album in with the new releases, which are in another aisle altogether. And they didn't have a KISS Korner. I found out this morning that no Canadian WalMarts have them.

By the time I got home, I wasn't even in the mood to listen to it, lol. I did throw in the KISS Klassics, though. (15 tracks, re-recorded by the current lineup) I was disappointed by it, though. At the begining of Heaven's on Fire, it sounds as though the first half a second or so is clipped. Instead of Paul Stanley starting off the song with "whoooooaaaaaaaahhhhh", it starts with "oooooaaaaaaaahhhhh", and it SOUNDS like whoever was running the board at the time of the recording simply didn't realise that his mic wasn't live and turned it on after he started singing. This glitch is also on the Japanese album, released under the title Jigoku-Retsuden. If someone who considers themself a fan can obsess over something like this, I'm surprised Gene Simmons, perfectionist that he is, would allow a flub like this to be released. Twice.

Found a link to the song on YouTube. (Not 100%sure if this is the right one, the 'Tube, as you know, is blocked at work) Take a listen to the opening, tell me this doesn't sound like it was clipped:

Sneaking on at work for a quick "good morning to all."

Incidentially, "Isis" was my favourite Saturday morning kids' show. Used to have to get up early to go to my brother's hockey practices at Earnscliffe Rec Centre. The only good part of it was coming home in time to see Isis and Shazam.

    Have a great day everyone!

Ok, still being new to these here parts, and the brain just trying to wake up here, could somebody please explain the lefthand box and all the stuff in it?....I asked about rep stuff, but to further my understanding, a) why would someone "rep" me, and b) when would I "rep" someone else?....
........I don't want to miss out on anything....this is a give-and-take list, and I want to give as much as I get.....thanks so much, and I promise, the dumb questions will stop shortly......TR
