in the bottom left corner of the box where you're reading this, are three symbols. A green dot, a cloudish-looking thing and an exclamation mark in a triangle.

Click on the cloudish-looking thing (the one on the middle) to send reps to the person who made the post.

On the bottom left side of the box containing a poster's message, you'll see 3 little symbols. The middle one looks like this:



Click on this and a dialogue box comes up asking if you would like to add some reputation to X. You can leave a message if you like or leave the text box blank and click ok.

PM me if you need any help. I'm going out this afternoon, but will be back on tonight.
