See the Candyland menu item on the maroon bar (2nd from left). Basically, with 1000 candies, you can give someone a gift. See how some have little pictures in their side panels. There is one gift that is 500 candies.

You'll see I have a book. By hovering over the book you can see I got it from MicheleM and her comments to me. You'll see I gave MicheleM a bouquet of flowers. SillyLoocie, HeartGirl999, Shaman, Andit, etc have a lot of gifts.

Anyone over 500 candies can give a gift to someone, but 1000 is better.

For new people, on this board, it is a polite thing to rep other contributors. Look for the icon in each person's side panel. Click on it to give a rep and comment if you wish.

When someone logs in, they can see your comment and rep because their 'Private Messages' will tell them they have received reps.

You can give 50 reps in 24 hours, but need to rep 10 people before repping the same person again. You can only rep the same post once. If you have repped someone, hovering over their will show the comment you made.

Many people have asked about this, but I thought to mention it again because most of us try to rep each day and generally get fewer than half the reps in return.

When you rep someone, you increase the value of their reps back to you. See each individual's rep power on their side panel.
