Okay, so I blasted the Q. I could've said things a little differently, but I'm so mad right now...and for all of us!

I can't even begin to describe how pissed off i am with this Club Q you are running!! I am getting so sick and tired of listening to your BS everyday!! Listen to your station and get winning words blah blah blah...that you can't even get the points for. You are a waste of time. Still I cannot get points for Sept 3,2008 5:40pm word HANNA. i am tired of constantly having to go back and try and try and try words. This is happening all too often, with the old format and now this! How can a person win the gas if they can't put the friggin words???????? Get it together there or I will be spreading a bad name for you on a lot of network forums. I've been on club Q for a long time and have listened to the Q for well over 20 years. A single sorry will not do!! I'm tired of the simple "sorry" and "the link should work now". Same old line. GET OFF YOUR ASS AND FIX THESE THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

I don't see how this can be such a problem for them pretty much every day. It's not a complicated program to submit a correct answer or is it??

Hanna is still not working and of course Sharon is not working.

Everyone should write them and request that they in the spirit of good consumer relations offer some form of compensation.
These daily difficulties are an ongoing thing.....surely they can get someone in to fix this once and for all.
I have written them on several occasions and now I am going to write them again.

I emailed Q last week to complain, and actually received a phone call from them about it. Unfortunately I wasn't home at the time, but he left a message asking me to call him back and he would explain the problem. It's long distance to T.O. for me, so it wasn't worth it a call back. Wish they'd get things fixed though...
