Hi Everyone:

I'm back from Vegas arrived at 8:00 a.m. yesterday. Had a great time. Weather was great, mid 70's. They sure put a lot of money into that strip. The hotels are gigantic and quite posh. There are so many nice ones. I think Ceasars Palace and Paris were my favorites. The Eiffel tower goes right through the first floor of the hotel and the ceiling looks like the sky. Mandalay Bay is really nice too and gigantic.

I noticed TAD01 is going tommorrow. Have a great time. Unfortunately the weather was supposed to be getting cooler starting when we left so it may not be as warm when you are there. I didn't need a sweater at all when I was there even at night but you may.

Got to go out for a bit now.

I heard that it would be a bit cooler. I don't mind at all. Just happy to be going away! I'm staying at a suite in the RIO. Hope the daytime temp is nice enough to check out the Voodoo Beach! If not, a bunch of drinks might just give me the insulation that I'll need! hahah.

You guys are rockin' right along with those AC/DC words! Thanks to all of you I've been able to clear off most of the honey-do list and still keep up with the contest during my refreshment breaks! Managed to get the X-mas lights up without the fingers going numb, that was a nice change. Unfortunately, the dishwasher is a write-off, as in too expensive to fix, so it's off to the stores to look for a replacement tomorrow. So much for relaxing in front of the TV for some football and NASCAR action.

Does anyone have any experience with Bosch or Blomberg dishwashers? The boss lady wants a quiet machine so that it doesn't disturb us in the great room after dinner, and they're supposed to be the best brands.

Do you think they replayed the word and removed a little of the "flatness" the second time?

"Kidman", as in Nicole was easy to understand. "Jackman" as in Hugh was also clear. But "Dingo" sounded a little like "Mel Gibson" to me. (just being silly .. no more hate mail please!!)

Now that's funny! Don't worry about mis-hearing the words. Just remember, Perth is just a handbag with a lisp!
